Meet the instructor

James Walker

James Walker is currently the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Agostini's Limited. He was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company based in London and Panama and worked in a range of sectors around the world focusing mainly on strategy, marketing and trading, transactions and operations.

James is a leader in the diversity, equity and inclusion and is the Executive Sponsor for DEI at Heritage and in the past ran award winning employee groups and programmes targeting underrepresented minorities. He is also currently working on a project to codify the practice of DEI at Caribbean organisations.

He has a passion for education and youth development and in the past has lectured in economics at COSTAATT, led student expeditions at National Geographic and ran a youth leadership and volunteering social enterprise called Marti Expeditions. He is currently the VP of Student and Schools Affairs at the St. Mary's College Past Students Union and spent two years as a Lecturer at COSTAATT.
