Meet the instructor

Chevonne Agana

Chevonne Agana is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with a specialisation in Recruitment and psychometrics. She is certified in Psychometric Testing with the British Psychological Society at Level A (Ability testing) and Level B (Personality testing) and is also a Certified Trainer to train persons as assessors for Assessment and Development Centres.

She's currently the Curriculum Development Manager at Caribbean Ideas Academy where her main focus is helping clients to solve problems through the use of E-Learning. She holds a BSc (Hons.) in Psychology with a minor in Sociology (University of the West Indies) and a MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology (University of Nottingham, U.K.) Outside of her Academic achievements, she is also intimately involved with developing women and girls through her membership with Soroptimist International Newtown Trinidad and she currently holds the position as Membership Director to the International Board of Soroptimist International Great Britain and Ireland.
